Returns: Most items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (it must have been shipped by you within 30 days of having been delivered to your address). All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please choose a shipping method that is both convenient and economical for you. It is in your best interest to insure valuable packages, as we cannot be responsible for issuing a refund for merchandise that arrives damaged or does not arrive at all. Bridal gowns that have been made specifically for you (adjusted to your request) are not returnable.

Helpful Hints When Ordering: Please be certain about your measurements, and remember it is much easier to have a dress taken in than let out. Some dresses have lace scalloped hems that will be lost with re-hemming the length, therefore accurate height measurements (with bridal footwear) are very important. When ordering, please allow extra time for any alterations that you may need.

Terms of Payment: Payment is due at time of ordering. All payments must be made through PayPal.

International Shipping: Orders sent internationally will be shipped the most economical way. We ship quickly, but with customs processing, there can be unpreventable delays.  Please plan accordingly, as we cannot be responsible for packages held up by Customs.  Our web site will estimate international shipments at $25.00, but if we cannot arrange shipping for your order in that price range, we will contact you with the available options and you can either pay the actual shipping price or have the opportunity to cancel your order.
